No worries, I totally understand.

In this post, explore the reasons behind the potential dismissal of your prayers and uncover effective solutions. Because every woman in Christ yearns to be heard by her Heavenly Father.

Super Awesome Side Note: Before we start, understand we will not claim contested truths. And we will refrain from falling into the trap of “teaching man-made ideas as commands from the Creator.”

Out of respect for believers, we will simply acknowledge the multiplicity of views on this subject (the keyword is “acknowledge” and not agree). That said, this is a non-exhaustive list. So use this list to do further research.

Super Psst… the big secret I’ve been hinting around about on social media for a few months now has finally been revealed… (its also why I have been MIA for a bit… ) Read on after this post for the juicy details.

*Disclaimer: These ideas can help you if you use self-control. And these tips could help you if you are a believer in Christ. Also, always do further research. Also, the sources for this or any post do not equal a full endorsement of any ministry or evangelist’s personal views by Awayion.com.***

TL:DR A quick post glance:

  1. Sin
  2. Disobedience
  3. Wrong Motives
  4. Lack of Faith
  5. Insincerity

Sound awesome ladies? Okay, let’s start!

1. Sin

prayersHaving any sin, especially willful sin in your life, could cancel out your prayers.

Do you recall the verse that mentions the consequence of having any sin, particularly deliberate sin, in your life? It states, “…if I had entertained sinful thoughts, The Lord (YHWH) would not have inclined His ear towards me.” If you are familiar with this verse, then you understand why your prayers go unanswered. However, there is a solution. By openly confessing your sins to God prior to making any requests, you can resolve this issue. Problem solved. Yay!

2. Disobedience

If you choose to disobey our Creator’s will, the consequence may be the dismissal of your prayers. According to the scriptures, the Creator guarantees He will your prayers will when you opt to follow your own desires, which goes against biblical teachings.

That being said, have you read the verse that says, “… he that turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be an abomination?” As you read the verse, your eyes scan the words, absorbing their meaning. The weight of Christ’s command to obey His Father’s laws hangs heavy, a solemn reminder of the importance of faithfulness. You feel a sense of urgency, knowing that the Creator demands obedience.

The underlying message in the scriptures is that in order to have answered prayers, you must obey God. Our Creator’s ultimate commandment is to love, which encompasses all other commandments. The text emphasizes you can easily obey the simple commandment of loving others, which could also result in answered prayer.

3. Wrong Motives

Having impure motives or selfishly praying for your personal desires could cause our Creator to ignore your prayers. By striving for purity of heart and aligning our desires with the Creator, you can enhance the chances of our prayers being answered.

SUPER AWESOME SIDE NOTE: Our Creator’s desires for you are more than you could ever ask or think guaranteed.

4. Lack of Faith

prayers

According to the scriptures, when unbelief or doubts arise, prayers seem to ascend only to the highest point of the ceiling, unable to transcend beyond. It implies that a dearth of faith could cause our Creator disregarding our prayers.

To address this concern, the scriptures advise embracing God’s Living Word with unwavering conviction.

5. Insincerity

The ancient scriptures vividly portray the profound significance of genuine loyalty to the Creator. They caution against the deceptive allure of fake worship, its hollow echoes reverberating in the vast expanse of silence.

The scriptures illuminate the path of true devotion, urging us to abandon the confines of man-made rules and embrace the ethereal melody of sincerity. They proclaim that insincere worship, like a dissonant chord in a symphony, fails to reach the ears of the Heavenly Father, who discerns the authenticity of our hearts. To bridge this chasm, the scriptures beckon us to humbly seek wisdom from the Heavenly Father.
