How to make waiting on God the best time ever | AWAYION BEAUTY

Hi, Friends!

Raise your hand if you are awaiting an answer to your prayers. If you raised your hand, you might find the period between praying and receiving an answer to be a bit disheartening. Gnarly, eh?

I understand.

So how can you improve your experience?

Explore 3 extraordinary ways to make waiting on God easier in this post. Because every girl in Christ should maximize this time.

Super Awesome Side Note: Before we start, understand we will not claim contested truths. And we will refrain from falling into the trap of “teaching man-made ideas as commands from the Creator.”

Out of respect for believers, we will simply acknowledge the multiplicity of views on this subject (the keyword is “acknowledge” and not agree). So, always do further research.

Super Psst… the big secret I’ve been hinting around on social media for a few months now – is revealed… (it’s why I have been MIA for a bit…). Read on after this post for the juicy details.

*Disclaimer: This post focuses only on how to make your wait time easier. You must learn to acknowledge how our Creator (YHWH) answers prayer. Sometimes His answer could be what you do not want. Only He knows what is best for you. Also, always do further research. Also, the sources for this or any post does not equal a full endorsement of any ministry or evangelist’s personal views by Awayion.com.**

TL:DR A quick post glance:

  1. Prepare like the answer is coming tomorrow
  2. Crush doubt & worry
  3. Write the vision

Sound monumental? Okay, ladies, let’s start!

SUPER AWESOME SIDE NOTE: Again, this post focuses only on how to make your wait time easier. You must learn to acknowledge how our Creator answers prayer. Sometimes His answer could be what you may not want. Only He knows what is best for you. Also this insight is not new age — it is literally found in the historical scriptures — within the original language.

1. Prepare like the answer is coming tomorrow

To begin, prepare yourself as if our Creator has answered your prayers. Train your thoughts to envision the manifestation of your desires, painting a vivid picture in your mind’s eye. Hear the sounds of success echoing in your imagination, feel the excitement coursing through your veins. Then take action, allowing your efforts to transform your dreams into reality.

For example, you have exams at the end of the semester. You have prayed for a passing grade. Since you have prayed for this, you prep by studying. As you complete your exam, a sense of relief washes over you, accompanied by the sight of your desired passing grade materializing.

That being said, have you heard that faith, if it has not works, is dead, being alone? If so, you know that faith requires some form of action.

So, slay a horrible wait period by preparing now. Preparing is a cool way to skyrocket your faith as you wait on our Creator.

2. Crush doubt and worry

Crush Doubt and Worry by Awayion Beauty

If anything can ruin the serene moments between fervent prayer and the fulfillment of answered prayers, it is the suffocating grip of doubt and worry. The scary part is if you give in, you will create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Have you heard that we are to cast down arguments, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ? If so, you know that with steadfast determination, to crush those negative thoughts that seek to dim the light within you.

So, crush those negative thoughts and rejoice now. Gradually, you will feel the weight of worry dissipate, replaced by a renewed sense of peace and assurance. At that, the wait period will be pleasant and you will feel better.

3. Write the vision

Write the Vision by Awayion Beauty

Write your prayer’s answer on a crisp, white piece of paper. The practice of writing visions, inspired via the prophet Habakkuk, is not a new age concept. Have you heard to write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, so he may run that reads it? If so, then you know writing out your prayers is impactful and historically biblical.

That being said, as the ink flows onto the paper, you must visualize your prayers taking shape, manifesting before your eyes. Afterwards find a special place to display this written manifestation, ensuring you see it daily. And every time your gaze falls upon it, offer gratitude to God for answering your prayer. This simple act transforms your mood and infuses your waiting time with awe-inspiring beauty.
