1. Definitions

To ensure we start things off on the same page, here are a few terms we’ll be using.

Whenever we say “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Awayion,” we’re referring to Awayion, LLC, d/b/a Awayion, a state of North Carolina limited liability company. Our “Services” include providing health, beauty, and spiritual content to you. And by “you,” we mean a visitor of https://awayion.com (“Site”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) covers how we collect and use any information that might be used to personally identify you (“Personal Information”).

2. Overview

This Policy applies to any person or entity that directly or indirectly uses or accesses the Site, Services, or any other properties owned by Awayion, LLC.

You must be 18 or older to use the Site and Services. If you’re not, you should’t submit any Personal Information to Awayion or use the Site. This Policy is effective with respect to any data that we have collected, or collect, about and/or from you, according to our Terms of Use.

By using the Site (for example, when you access the Site or utilize the Services), you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Policy. We may use and disclose the information that you provide through the Site only for purposes permitted or required by law, for purposes described in this Policy, or for purposes that you might authorize.

This may include your name, username, email address, physical address, phone number, and credit card information.

b) Information automatically collected. When you use the Site, we collect details about you and your visit, such as your IP address, browser settings, operating system, language preferences, and pages viewed. This data is anonymized and cannot be tracked back to you.

c) Information from your use of the Services. We collect information regarding how you use the Services — such as your purchase history, the time and date of your purchases or song downloads, and your IP address — and store it in log files associated with your account.

4. Cookie Policy

As most websites do, we collect information about you through the use of “cookies” — small files that are transferred from your browser to your computer’s hard drive. Cookies allow us to know certain things about your visit to the Site and personalize your experience.

We use both session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are used to maintain tracking of a user through an application and expire at the end of a visit to the Site. Persistent cookies do not expire at the end of the session, but rather are stored on your hard drive and read by your browser each time you visit the Site.

a) Why we use cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on the Site by making it easier for you to navigate through the Site, save your preferences, and make Site features work better. For example, when you log in, we set cookies to save your login information.

Cookie technology may also gather information about the areas you visit on our Site and about the links you may select from within our Site to other areas of the Internet. We do not extract Personal Information during this process.

c) How to change cookie settings. Most browsers allow you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to your browser instructions to learn more about these functions:
