TL:DR A quick post glance:

  1. Early Morning
  2. Power Lunch
  3. Early Night

Sound amazing? Okay, ladies. Let’s start.

1. Early Morning | Morning Watch 3:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.

For starters, the early morning watch is the time when Yeshua (AKA Christ Jesus of Nazareth) maximized His quiet time to pray.

Have you heard in the morning, a great while before day, He (Christ) rose up and went out, and departed into a desert place, and there prayed?

If you have a busy daytime schedule, this may be the only ‘extra’ time in your day. So, two ways to make this time effective are to meditate on one verse and praise our Creator (YHWH). (psst… He dwells in your praises).

Now, praising may sound counterproductive to “quite time.” But, this is the finest way to skyrocket your morning time spent with our Creator — if your freedom in the morning time is short.

These strategies set the tone for your day. It helps you to ‘confront’ any daily issues from the enemy of your soul. There is not a time limit on praising or focusing on one verse. So, these actionable steps are super easy to fit into your morning schedule.

Lunch Time by Awayion Beauty

You may not have ‘extra’ time in the morning for quiet time. So lunchtime is the best time. During this time, you can sneak in a quick and powerful quiet time session.

Two ways to make this time effective are to pray for your needs and apply your spiritual armor.

Similar to eating lunch, this time is a great for ‘feeding’ your spirit. This quiet time is a much-needed boost to help you conquer the rest of your day.

There is a time limit. So, you must use self-control to manage your physical and spiritual time.

3. Early Night | Evening Watch 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Night Time by Awayion Beauty

You could schedule your entire day making the night watch your quiet time. During this watch you are winding down from your day. You are sleepy. So, this quiet time can be hard.

As you are scheduling this quiet time, focus on quality, not quantity. It does not have to take long. Plan for it to occur before you hop into bed. This helps you lessen the high risk of falling asleep.

To make this time effective, pray and meditate on our Creator’s promises.
