With that in mind, inspect the ingredients of any boxed or canned foods you buy to ensure you’re limiting your sugar intake. Major sugar villains can be breakfast cereals, breads, crackers, and just about everything else that is processed.

Sugar does tremendous damage to your body. It can cause skin problems such as acne and be harmful to your overall health. But, how?
