4. Workout
Exercise helps the body detox and lose weight. For this detox, I recommend working out at least 2 hours a week. These exercise sessions can be 30 minutes sessions of either weight training or cardio. Do this plan over 4 days each week in mini-sessions.
When you exercise, your body will sweat. This sweat is not only your body’s way of cooling you — and the body’s way of cleansing itself of toxins.
