white unbleached flour (5 teaspoons)

raw organic white sugar (2 teaspoons) you can substitute organic honey

2. Beauty regime prep

Begin your skin brightening beauty regimen by assembling your ingredients.

Start by slicing 1/5 of a lemon, then juice the lemon slice into a small bowl – if you are focusing on dark spots on your face. If you are brightening dark spots on your body, use 1/10 of a lemon. You can freeze your remaining lemons and use them later. 

Next, mix 2 teaspoons of sugar with your freshly squeezed lemon juice. Sugar can be harsh on sensitive skin. So, you can use instead 2 teaspoons of honey. Honey is a great moisturizer for skin.

Then add 5 teaspoons of flour to the concentration and mix well. Then the sugar will melt. Place the mix on your dark spot and cover the area with plastic wrap.
