Instead of the next Inner Beauty post, I am sharing my simple random 2022 thoughts, my potpourri. Get it? Smell it? No? It smells like fresh cut roses. (Extra, I know.) Deja Vu — didn’t I say the same thing in another potpourri post? Hmm…

That said, do not fret, we will return to our regularly scheduled program of Inner Beauty posts — every 3rd Thursday — in just a bit. So for now, enjoy!

1. Happy New Year 2022

For starters, yes, I am super late in wishing you a happy New Year. Forgive me? Of course you do. I want you to have a blessed new year — by walking in victory. So many of you have supported my work and purchased my book — thus helping me to walk in victory. Thank you. 

Moving right along…

Yes, foolishness is surrounding us and we are experiencing tremendous evil these days. Despite that, the redeemed of The LORD say, “SO…!” Walk in victory by remembering Psalm 107:2, Psalm 23, & 91. Be proactive in areas of your life you can improve — because you cannot wish your way to victory in life. (Psst… know that I am NOT a preacher — I believe in the women’s role according to Titus 2:4-5 & Timothy 2:9-15 — even though I am only a young Millennial.)

Now the super religious folks say, “What beautiful life?”, “Live in a manner that appears holy.” Implying somberness. Now, the holy part is true. Yet, it doesn’t mean you are to live void of joy.

You can live a joyless life as you pretend to “look holy.” But I wish to be holy than pretend — and have joy.

Super Awesome Side Note: You can only experience joy (and live the beautiful life our Creator intended you to have) if you have Christ Jesus (Messiah Yeshua) as your LORD and Savior!
